During the first segment Tiffany covers all the big announcements you need to know. In addition, we discuss Mr. Shima dancing with the stars, auditors on campus, parking tickets and…free clothes? Plus the Dolphincast on FACEBOOK!

Then in our special interview with Dr. Newlin we get the down-and-dirty on the looming budget crisis affecting our schools and how different our schools may look next year. Mr. Shima asks the hard questions that are met with hard answers. But before that, Bruce gives us a fun peek into his past which includes dance, major league baseball and…Greek math???

Yes it’s true! We actually had a recording session this week with special guest PTO Prez Jenn Auville however, due to user error on Shima’s end, the recording quality was unlistenable. (Note to self: Do not rush to setup sound equipment for a quick recording session at lunch break.) Unfortunately, busy schedules didn’t allow for a re-record HOWEVER we will be back next week with special guest Superintendent Bruce Newlin to discuss not only him personally but what’s going on with the budget crisis in our schools and why a bunch of teachers are walking around with a nervous look on their faces. 

Jenn Auville will return the week after that to bring all the newsy goodness that she does! In the mealtime, take some time to download some of our past episodes as much of that info still applies today! And you’ll still get some laughs out of it! For now, this week’s episode will be forever known as “The Lost Episode…”
